Call <a href=\"tel:+17033273940\">703-327-3940<\/a> or tell us \u201cHow Are We Doing\u201d or \u201cAsk us a question\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>If you would like to contact an individual location, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meadowsfarms.com\/hours-locations\/\">find your location<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Landscaping Department \u2013 Report a Problem<\/h2>\n<p>Report a dead plant or problem with your Planting or Hardscape installation. Please call the Landscape Department at <a href=\"tel:+17033275050\">703-327-5050<\/a> or <a href=\"tel:+13013530606\">301-353-0606<\/a>, or report a problem by submitting an online report. Dead plants or problems reported by phone, or email without photos attached will be inspected by a Customer Service representative as quickly as our schedule allows.<\/p>\n<p>In the peak seasons, there can be a delay of 10-14 weekdays for an inspection. If you are able to forward photo(s) of the plants or problem we will be able to move more quickly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.meadowsfarms.com\/contact\/report-a-problem\/\" target=\"_self\" class=\"button\" role=\"button\">Report a Problem<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>How to send a photo of a dead plant or problem to the Landscape Department \u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>From your smartphone: If you\u2019re on a smartphone, please take a photo of the plant and attach it to your report. Forward photos to <a href=\"mailto:tpearson@meadowsfarms.com\">tpearson@meadowsfarms.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Email from desktop: If you\u2019re reporting a problem from your computer,\u00a0<a href=\"#\">please complete the dead plant or problem form<\/a> and send photos by separate email to <a href=\"mailto:tpearson@meadowsfarms.com\">tpearson@meadowsfarms.com<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Lawn and Garden Care Department<\/h2>\n<p>Report a problem with a Lawn and Garden Care \/ Grounds Maintenance Department contract by calling <a href=\"tel:+17033484431\">703-348-4431<\/a>, or completing the online Report a Problem form.
